Food Truck staffing is included in pricing of food.

Server to assist with food service, set up, clean up - $40/hr

Event manager to assist with set up or tear down your event, manage timelines, etc. - $75/hr

Holiday Rate - $100/hr per staff member (including Food Truck Staff)

Holidays include NYE, NYD, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving Weekend (Closed on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day )

Rentals

While the base pricing of everything that we serve includes compostable food trays, forks, paper napkins, and anything else that we might need for service, we do have the ability to upgrade the experience with rentals of linens, linen napkins, flatware, china plates, barware, and more!

  • We might be biased, but it is all good! Start by picking your package and then add whateveR you'd like. We do appetizers, sides, desserts, late night snack, and so much more!

  • We work with multiple local distributors!

    Thousand Hills Cattle Co, Peterson Craftsman Meats, Fisher Farms, Locally Laid, Wild Acres, La Perla Tortillas, Denny Bakery, Franklin Street Bakery, Dragsmith Farm, Shepard Song, and more!

    Some items require 2-3 weeks lead time or become unavailable in the local market due to situations out of our control. In that case, pricing may change slightly, or a substitution will have to be made.

  • We offer many styles of catering, other than truck service, including buffets, passed appetizers and much more! Feel free to ask for more information!

  • Travel time is charged in 30-minute increments for any time over 1/2 hour from zip code 55418.

  • Once you have signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit, we provide a complimentary tasting! Otherwise, you are free to visit the truck at your leisure. You can also schedule a private tasting at our commercial kitchen for $150 for up to 4 guests. If a contract is signed, and you do not require an additional tasting, then we will apply the fee to the final bill balance.

  • The service fee covers everything that goes into an event, including planning time, tastings, licensing, insurance, additional items needed to execute event, time dedicated to organizing such items, and more! Service charge does vary per event complexity.

  • We do not. Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated!

  • To officially book your date with Gastrotruck, we require a signed catering contract, plus a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We accept all major credit cards and checks.

  • We need final counts three weeks prior to your event. After three weeks, we cannot decrease your number but will do our best to increase. Final payment is due 3 days before your event.
